Denis is the pioneer legal officer of the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University Kampala and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.

He identifies as a result oriented, disciplined and hands on lawyer and has over time advised the company in areas of general commercial and land transactions. He has also handled matters relating to labour (employment), property management, and insurance among others.

He carries with him a vast wealth of experience from over nine years and he also has considerable experience in general business and trade.

At Aponye (U) Ltd, he is responsible for all legal related matters and general regulatory compliance of the company.
